About us

i Care Tracer is a cloud platform for accreditation, quality, patient safety and revenue-cycle management in healthcare facilities — built from inside the field, not from outside it.

Why this platform exists

In most healthcare facilities, quality and accreditation are run on spreadsheets, shared folders and email. The standards sit in one file, the evidence in a folder, incidents on a paper form, and the metrics in a slide deck assembled two weeks before the survey. The result is that a facility learns where it truly stands once every three years — at the survey — rather than every day.

When the survey does come, a frantic race begins to gather evidence about a year already past, much of which was never documented when it happened. The team is exhausted, the facility pays, and the real improvement — the kind that should have happened all year — did not.

i Care Tracer was built to invert that order: readiness as a continuous state measured daily, not a project that starts two months before the survey. From standard to evidence, from gap to corrective action, from incident to improvement project, from operational data to the financial decision — one connected path inside one platform.

The principles behind the design

One system, not islands

The accreditation file, the quality file and the revenue file are three faces of one truth about a facility. Run them in three separate systems and their numbers contradict each other, and time goes into reconciling instead of improving. The platform runs them all on the same data.

Evidence before claim

A metric whose source is unknown is worth nothing, and neither is an improvement measured neither before nor after. Every figure here leads back to what produced it, and every improvement project carries its baseline and its sustainability check.

Privacy by design, not by promise

The platform is built on de-identified patient references — no patient names and no medical records are stored. That was an architectural decision on day one, not a policy written onto a page later.

Every facility deserves the whole platform

We do not sell a cut-down version to the smaller facility. A ten-clinic centre gets the same capability as a referral hospital; the difference is size, not what the software will let you do.

Arabic-first, not translated

The interface, the reports and the AI outputs are natively Arabic, right to left, with full English alongside. The quality team works in its language and a visiting surveyor reads in theirs — from the same platform.

The strength behind it

National expertise held to global standards — a panel of consultants in quality, accreditation, infection prevention and patient experience whose field experience shaped the platform's modules and its benchmarks.
